A special accommodation plan to heal your mind and body by facing your true self through
Body meditation incorporating Zen philosophy and the Alexander Technique
while being surrounded by the great nature of Awaji Island.
Body Posture Meditation
Daily activities, from the basics of sitting, standing, and walking, to postures for dressing, eating, and cleaning,
By doing so carefully and unhurriedly at each moment, we calm our body and mind and connect with ourselves.
What does it mean to have mindful, rich awareness and sensation?
The body's usage is explained in an easy-to-understand manner in a classroom lecture,
It will be practiced in later Body Meditation classes.
For those who do not know the feeling, the teacher will help them break the habit by guiding their hands.

With Alexander Technique
What is the Alexander Technique?

A practice for body, mind and life. It has been popular in the West for 100 years and is used in art colleges and medical institutions for
health, beautiful expression, and vitality.
The question is not "What do we need?" What do we not need?
, we improve habits of the body and mind through awareness and sensory exercises.
It is popularly known as a lesson on how to use the body properly.
The Alexander Technique is a way of learning to move mindfully through life.
The Alexander process shines a light on inefficient habits of movement and patterns of accumulated tension, which interferes with our innate ability to move easily and according to how we are designed.
It's a simple yet powerful!

Lunar Body Meditation
Meditate with your body as well as your mind.
Tense muscles and overworked posture,
Excessive energy is said to harbor "noise"
.
A meditation that uses
the breath to release us from the patterns of posture and movement we have spent the day together.
With the light of the moon, we quietly calm the noise of our bodies and minds and return to our simplest selves.
Solar Body Meditation
Body meditation that awakens the body from a sleeping position and puts the body and mind into a fresh
movement.
While feeling the sun, the
energy that is stagnant deep inside the body is greatly drained.
Start your day
free, with a neutral self that connects to both stillness and movement.

Our posture represents the form our energy takes.
We carefully practice correct posture, body use, and emotional state with awareness and feeling.
Sitting on a chair, holding chopsticks, climbing stairs, having a conversation, doing exercises, etc. How we use our body and consciousness in these everyday moments is connected to our attractiveness and way of life,
The time to "be quiet and stop" for a moment to
encounter an honest and free body and self is akin to Zen and meditation. It is my job to feel new possibilities through the practice and to release the
life force that resides in each of you.
In NY for 20 years, taught posture/body use over 10,000 times in private tutoring, theater, dance, opera, and other arts colleges, medical institutions, community service at DV shelters and nursing homes, NY Fashion Week, and other events.
Currently, she has opened a studio in Kyoto, Japan.
