The first retreat hosted by Juri and Eri

Take a break from your busy daily life,

A moment to slow down and relax.

I’ve gradually become a bit numb amid the flood of information

"The power to feel,"

Let me remind you once again.

The retreat begins with,

Let’s start with a very simple question.
“How do you feel?” There is no right answer.
Just describe how you feel right now, exactly as it is.

Please try expressing it.

This yoga is,

This isn’t yoga for achieving something;
it’s yoga for experiencing that sense of space.
Slow down,
and carefully feel each pose,
and each breath.
There’s no need to rush. Rather than focusing on the form,
please cherish “what you’re feeling right now.”

Ahimsa = Nonviolence

This applies not only to others, but also to
nonviolence toward oneself
Am I being too hard on myself?
Am I pushing myself too hard?
Am I denying myself? As I surrender myself to the sound

A new day begins,

A quiet, special moment.

Clear your mind,

The energy of the rising sun and

I breathe in the fresh air with my whole body.

Just sit quietly,

By connecting with your inner self,

It gently awakens both body and mind.

Satya = Truth

Things I chose not to see amidst the busyness,
Things I turned a blind eye to,
Things I actually felt, but
Things I left behind. In moments of quiet,
I gradually begin to realize my True Self.
There’s no need to change anything.
I just need to remember.

journaling

Ahimsa = Nonviolence

This applies not only to others, but also to
nonviolence toward yourself. Are you
being too hard on yourself?
Are you pushing yourself too hard?
Are you rejecting yourself? As you let yourself be carried away by the sound,
let’s take this time to direct kindness toward ourselves.
