the essence of fermented and brewed cuisine

CHEF SEBASTIAN MAZZOLA

Sebastian Mazzola

Chef Sebastian Mazzola was born in Argentina. After the dissolution of El Bulli, Chef Mazzola was responsible for "41°", a limited time only cocktail bar serving tapas (small plates) of El Bulli's cuisine. He has also been responsible for the development of new menus for Pakta and Ticket. Since becoming independent, he has launched his own unique project, "Cooking In Motion," focusing on food and sake pairings, and has held many exciting events on the marriage of food and sake in London, Moscow, Lima, Dubai, and other countries.

EL BULLI EL BULLI

El Bulli, the "world's most difficult restaurant to get a reservation for," was located in the luxury resort town of Rosas in Catalonia, Spain. With only about 50 seats, the legendary restaurant was inundated with 2 million reservation requests a year from all over the world. The restaurant closed its doors on July 30, 2011, and opened a food museum, elBuli1846, in June 2023.
