Zenbo cuisine, the cornerstone of the ZEN Retreat, is
under the supervision of Chef Nobuaki Fushiki, Fermentation and Brewing Chef.
Taking into consideration the changing seasons and physical conditions, this meal is prepared with locally grown seasonal vegetables and Japanese fermentation in abundance to prepare the body and mind.
