Yoga & Breathing Exercises
Yoga Breathing Intensive (45 min.)
Nadishadhana Pranayama (Nadishadhana breathing)
is explained and practiced to regulate the sympathetic and parasympathetic nerves,
improve the balance of the autonomic nervous system, and
increase self-esteem.
Morning Yoga
Morning Flow Yoga (45 minutes)
After the sun salutations that anyone can do, standing poses to strengthen the legs and hips, and seated poses to develop flexibility, we will do sleeping poses to reset the body and mind.
After waking up, you will feel refreshed and
will be able to face the day with a positive outlook.

He has worked to promote Ashtanga Yoga in Japan, and has taught and trained yoga teachers extensively in Japan and abroad.
He is also the founder of YogaFesta, the largest yoga event in Japan!

Zenbo cuisine
The Zenbocuisine receives
chi from the four seasons on Awaji Island, which is rich in nature.
Zenbo SeineiThe original " Zenbocuisine" is made without
any animal products, white sugar, oil, dairy products, or flour.
Seasonings are naturally brewed seasonings made using
traditional methods over a period of one to three years.
Miso, soy sauce, mirin, and other seasonings are obtained directly from the brewery
and fermentation has not been stopped
Homemade amazake and soy sauce are used.
ZenboFor the kelp broth that forms the base of the dish,
the kelp used is carefully selected
from Rishiri, Hokkaido.

- In order for guests to enjoy quiet time for introspection, children are not permitted to attend.

- All meals will be Zenbo cuisine. Please let us know in advance if you have any allergies or disliked ingredients.

- Cancellation Policy
- Last minute cancellations will be charged in accordance with the cancellation policy below.
- The day before: 50% of the booking fee
- On the day: 100% of the booking fee
- Cancellation without notice: 100% of the booking fee
- In the unlikely event that the tour is cancelled by the organizer, alternative dates will be arranged. If you are unable to join the tour on the alternate date, you will receive a full refund.
- Those who make a reservation can use a direct round-trip bus ticket between Kobe Sannomiya - Zenbo Seinei front. Please use this form after making a reservation.
