Instructor

Megumi Chaki
After completing yoga teacher training in South India, she has been teaching beach yoga, temple yoga, and
studio classes in her hometown of Aichi for 10 years, and continues to study yoga, Indian philosophy, and Buddhism.
Guided by a lucky omen, she Zenbo Seinei in April 2022. Moved to Awaji Island.
Whenever you get tired, you can come back, reset, and start over again.
As such a "place to come home to," we are always ready to welcome everyone who works hard every day.
We invite you to experience “letting go of your goals” and “time spent doing nothing on purpose,”
not to gain something new, but to realize what you already possess.
