Garments

We offer ritual garments supported by nawaia.

Nawaia garments are crafted to support this clarity through quiet lines, a measured pace, and mindful construction.

With forms that follow natural movement, with textiles chosen for their integrity, and with pieces that gently frame the beginning of a day,

We hope that here, in the tranquil setting of Kobe, you find a moment to relax both body and mind.

Programs

Day 1

Contemporary dance performance 'Wind Wave'

When I first came to zenbo, I thought this was the place to showcase the work of these two exceptional choreographers from Seoul Metropolitan Dance Theatre. This piece, 'Wind Wave,' is about facing your present and feeling your own will.

Movement meditation 'we ah move'

A time to move about as if no one is watching beneath the clear zenbo sky, surrounded by nature on the deck, and feel like a spring blossom.

As we move, love yourself and focus on your inner self.

Day 2

Sense

This session invites you to experience bodily sensations not as something to interpret, but as something to directly feel.

Rather than analyzing or naming what arises, we gently stay with sensation as it is.

Through this simple act of sensing, awareness naturally returns to the present moment.

By allowing the body to lead, we reconnect with a quiet, grounded state of wakefulness.

Release

完 represents a state of wholeness—nothing to add, nothing to remove.

This session focuses on releasing physical and mental tension through extended exhalations, guided relaxation, and the resonant tones of the singing bowl. In this state of full release, the body and mind return to their natural rhythm—complete, at ease, and quietly whole.

Day 3

Stillness

Held in the stillness of dawn, this meditation unfolds before the mind fully enters the day. Through the practice of Sati—mindful awareness—we gently turn inward, resting in the inner stillness that has always been present. Rather than seeking insight or resolution, we remain with things as they are, allowing silence to become a companion and listening to become the practice.
