Daily activities, from the basics of sitting, standing, and walking, to postures for dressing, eating, and cleaning,
By doing so carefully and unhurriedly at each moment, we calm our body and mind and connect with ourselves.
What does it mean to have mindful, rich awareness and sensation?
The body's usage is explained in an easy-to-understand manner in a classroom lecture,
It will be practiced in later Body Meditation classes.
For those who do not know the feeling, the teacher will help them break the habit by guiding their hands.

A practice for body, mind and life. It has been popular in the West for 100 years and is used in art colleges and medical institutions for
health, beautiful expression, and vitality.
The question is not "What do we need?" What do we not need?

It is popularly known as a lesson on how to use the body properly.
The Alexander Technique is a way of learning to move mindfully through life.
The Alexander process shines a light on inefficient habits of movement and patterns of accumulated tension, which interferes with our innate ability to move easily and according to how we are designed.

For 20 years in New York, I have provided private instruction and contributed to the community through work at arts universities (including theater, dance, and opera programs), medical institutions,
domestic violence shelters, and nursing homes, as well as at events such as New York Fashion Week,
where I have taught posture and body mechanics over 10,000 times.
I have now opened a studio in Kyoto.

Zenbo cuisine

The Zenbocuisine receives
chi from the four seasons on Awaji Island, which is rich in nature.
Zenbo SeineiThe original " Zenbocuisine" is made without
any animal products, white sugar, oil, dairy products, or flour.
Seasonings are naturally brewed seasonings made using
traditional methods over a period of one to three years.
Miso, soy sauce, mirin, and other seasonings are obtained directly from the brewery
and fermentation has not been stopped
Homemade amazake and soy sauce are used.
ZenboFor the kelp broth that forms the base of the dish,
the kelp used is carefully selected
from Rishiri, Hokkaido.

- In order to spend time quietly confronting oneself, this program is designed for junior high school students and older, and children under elementary school age are not allowed to participate.

- Last minute cancellations will be charged in accordance with the cancellation policy below.
- The day before: 50% of the booking fee
- On the day: 100% of the booking fee
- Cancellation without notice: 100% of the booking fee

- In the unlikely event that the tour is cancelled by the organizer, alternative dates will be arranged. If you are unable to join the tour on the alternate date, you will receive a full refund.
