Detoxification parent-child yoga
A yoga session for parents and children to refresh the body and mind together. Gentle movements will relax and unwind your body.

You can enjoy a lunch that satisfies both body and soul with Zenbo cuisine that makes the most of nature's bounty and is gentle on the body.
Mochi pounding experience
This is an experience for parents and children to try traditional rice cake pounding together and create fun memories. We will spend a special moment at the end of the year.

for those who have made reservations for the parent-child program on December 28th and the overnight program on December 28th.

Instructor
Megumi Chaki
After completing yoga teacher training in South India,
she has been teaching beach yoga, temple yoga, and
studio classes in her hometown of Aichi for 10 years, and continues to study yoga, Indian philosophy and Buddhism.
Guided by karma, she moved to Zenbo Seineiin April 2022. Moved to Awaji Island.
Whenever I get tired, I can come back, reset, and start from here.
We welcome everyone who is working hard every day as a "place to come back to".
We invite you to experience "letting go of purpose, time to actively do nothing,"
and realize what you already have, rather than what you can gain.

- In order for guests to enjoy quiet time for introspection, children are not permitted to attend.
- If you have any health concerns, please consult your doctor before applying. If you have a chronic illness or allergy, or are under medical treatment, please be sure to contact us.
- All meals will be Zenbo cuisine. Please let us know in advance if you have any allergies or disliked ingredients.
- Please note that we are not responsible for any accidents or illnesses that may occur during the retreat.
- Cancellation Policy
- Last minute cancellations will be charged in accordance with the cancellation policy below.
- The day before: 50% of the booking fee
- On the day: 100% of the booking fee
- Cancellation without notice: 100% of the booking fee
- In the unlikely event that the tour is cancelled by the organizer, alternative dates will be arranged. If you are unable to join the tour on the alternate date, you will receive a full refund.
- Those who make a reservation can use a direct round-trip bus ticket between Kobe Sannomiya - Zenbo Seinei front. Please use this form after making a reservation.
