parent-child experience program at Zenbo Seinei, which had a waiting list last time!
Normally only junior high school students and older are allowed to visit Zenbo Seinei , but on this day

Parents and children travel and learn about the natural environment, mind and body through "playing nature"

Parents and children will cut bamboo from the "bamboo forest" in the diverse nature of Awaji Island to make slit drums.
A session with a professional musician playing natural instruments, jumping around, and having fun.
" Movement Meditation " where you surrender to the sound and empty your thoughts.
" Stillness Meditation " with overtone healing while lying down on the deck in the second half of the session. "
A special retreat experience for parents and children to travel through the mind and body in nature.
The meal will of course be Zenbo Seinei original Japanese fermented and
Awaji vegetable-filled Zenbo dishes, with a special menu for children.

The Zenbocuisine receives
chi from the four seasons on Awaji Island, which is rich in nature.
Zenbo SeineiThe original " Zenbocuisine" is made without
any animal products, white sugar, oil, dairy products, or flour.
Seasonings are naturally brewed seasonings made using
traditional methods over a period of one to three years.
Miso, soy sauce, mirin, and other seasonings are obtained directly from the brewery
and fermentation has not been stopped
Homemade amazake and soy sauce are used.
ZenboFor the kelp broth that forms the base of the dish,
the kelp used is carefully selected
from Rishiri, Hokkaido.

Important Information
- In order for guests to enjoy quiet time for introspection, children are not permitted to attend.
- If you have any health concerns, please consult your doctor before applying. If you have a chronic illness or allergy, or are under medical treatment, please be sure to contact us.
- All meals will be Zenbo cuisine. Please let us know in advance if you have any allergies or disliked ingredients.
- Please note that we are not responsible for any accidents or illnesses that may occur during the retreat.
- Cancellation Policy
- Last minute cancellations will be charged in accordance with the cancellation policy below.
- The day before: 50% of the booking fee
- On the day: 100% of the booking fee
- Cancellation without notice: 100% of the booking fee
- In the unlikely event that the tour is cancelled by the organizer, alternative dates will be arranged. If you are unable to join the tour on the alternate date, you will receive a full refund.
- Those who make a reservation can use a direct round-trip bus ticket between Kobe Sannomiya - Zenbo Seinei front. Please use this form after making a reservation.
