Daniel Alan
Daniel Alan is a contemporary breathwork instructor specializing in nervous system regulation and trauma healing.
He has profoundly impacted people worldwide by teaching breath not merely as a technique, but as a practice to restore physical and mental resilience and return to one's authentic self.
To date, he has trained over 300 breathworkers through intensive programs.Through workshops and online programs, he has supported thousands in their transformation and new beginnings. He is not merely a teacher, but a sincere companion who walks alongside individuals as they reclaim bodily sensation and reconnect with their life force.
Daniel's knowledge stems from extensive exploration encompassing neurobiology, psychological understanding, meditative practice, somatic approaches, and diverse traditional wisdom.
What sets him apart is his ability to guide elusive changes into tangible, experiential forms. He carefully translates the stillness beyond breath, unconscious tension, and the innate "power to align" within each person—not as intellectual concepts, but as physical sensations.
His book 'Atmen' became a bestseller in Germany, opening the potential of breath and nervous system recovery to a wider audience.
He now lives with his family in Bali, dedicating his life to building bridges between science, wisdom, and physical experience.
Through breath, Daniel Allain quietly and surely continues to open the path to a world where people can reclaim their center and live more freely and flexibly.
This retreat is an invitation to return to what truly matters.
At the heart of the retreat are extended guided breathwork sessions.
These sessions are designed to gently release unconscious patterns, lingering emotions, and habitual tension that accumulate in places our conscious awareness often misses.
There is no need to imagine anything or focus on a specific object.
Through specific breathing patterns, we naturally access our deeper layers.
Through breath, the nervous system gradually releases the "defensive postures" it has held for so long.
Endless emotional loops come to a close, and what couldn't be put into words finally begins to move.
It's less about adding something new,
and more a process of retuning to what was already within you before it became covered by adaptation, defense, and conditioning.
—To reconnect with "the original instruction manual for being here."
Breath becomes the bridge.
From contraction to harmony.
From clutching to surrendering.
From fragmentation to integration.
And the morning after a deep session, you'll learn simple, grounded breathwork you can practice alone at home.
This practice isn't about adding complex methods; it's crafted as a "reliable tool" to support daily life, designed for anyone to sustain.
This breathing practice supports, for example...
Stress release
Nervous system regulation
Emotional digestion
Regaining a sense of inner stability as a "sensation"
What we value is not ending awareness or experience at "understanding," but embedding it in the body and weaving it into daily life.
We gently and effortlessly connect what opens up in the deep session to your everyday life.
※Japanese interpretation will be provided.
