In 2000, at the age of 20, through a sudden transformation of consciousness, he awakened to breathing exercises and
meditation, and strongly recognized the importance of breathing exercises.
His perception of the world changed drastically, and his way of being and living itself changed fundamentally. Since then, she has made yoga and breathing techniques her life's work, and has been studying and teaching yoga in earnest since 2005. In 2005, she began to study and teach yoga in earnest, systematically learning yoga and breathing techniques at Kaivalyadharma, a yoga school in India.
In 2013, she launched Union Yoga Japan, and in 2019, she moved to Awaji Island and founded Awaji Sun Ashram as a place to study yoga and find my own way of being.
She is committed to living in nature and teaching yoga and breathing techniques in order to advocate a better way of life.
She also conducts breathing classes at elementary schools and universities, aiming to help everyone breathe correctly and live a healthier life.
Her wish is that everyone can breathe comfortably, enjoy the benefits of breathing, and live a healthy life. She believes that if each person's breathing changes, comfort and ease of living will spread, and eventually the world will change for the better.

In 2000, at the age of 20, I experienced a sudden shift in consciousness that awakened me to breathing techniques and
meditation, leading me to deeply recognize the importance of breathing.
My previous perception of the world changed completely, and my very way of being and living transformed from the ground up.
Since then, I have dedicated my life’s work to yoga and breathing techniques.
In 2005, I began studying and teaching yoga in earnest.
I systematically mastered yoga and breathing techniques at the yoga school Kaivalyadhama in India.
In 2013, I launched Union Yoga Japan and began my activities. In 2019, I moved to Awaji Island,
and founded Awaji Sun Ashram as a place to study yoga and discover my true self.
To advocate for a better way of life, I immerse myself in nature and teach yoga and breathing techniques.
With the goal of helping everyone breathe correctly and lead healthier lives, I conduct breathing classes at elementary schools and universities.
My wish is for everyone to breathe comfortably, fully enjoy the benefits of breathing, and lead healthy lives.
I believe that if each person’s breathing changes, a sense of comfort and ease will spread, ultimately leading the world to change for the better.

Zenbo cuisine

The Zenbocuisine receives
chi from the four seasons on Awaji Island, which is rich in nature.
Zenbo SeineiThe original " Zenbocuisine" is made without
any animal products, white sugar, oil, dairy products, or flour.
Seasonings are naturally brewed seasonings made using
traditional methods over a period of one to three years.
Miso, soy sauce, mirin, and other seasonings are obtained directly from the brewery
and fermentation has not been stopped
Homemade amazake and soy sauce are used.
ZenboFor the kelp broth that forms the base of the dish,
the kelp used is carefully selected
from Rishiri, Hokkaido.

- The day before: 50% of the booking fee
- On the day: 100% of the booking fee

- In the unlikely event that the tour is cancelled by the organizer, alternative dates will be arranged. If you are unable to join the tour on the alternate date, you will receive a full refund.
