The building is made of wood.
In particular, the 100-meter-long wooden deck made of a combination of Japanese cedar
and wood,
allows you to walk barefoot and feel the warmth and aroma of the wood

We do not use animal products, flour, oil, or sugar.
We aim to create a healthy diet that is gentle on the body.


We value the Japanese food culture of "fermentation,"
and use only carefully selected seasonings made using traditional methods that take from one to three years to mature.
We also serve homemade amazake and soy sauce that has not yet stopped fermenting.
