The Zenbocuisine receives
chi from the four seasons on the nature-rich Awaji Island.
Zenbo SeineiThe original " Zenbodishes" are made without
any animal products, sugar, oil, dairy products, or flour

Seasonings are naturally brewed seasonings made using
traditional methods over a period of one to three years.
Miso, soy sauce, mirin, and other seasonings are obtained directly from the brewery
and fermentation has not been stopped
Homemade amazake and soy sauce are used.

We carefully practice the correct posture and use of the body,
the way we feel,
with awareness and sensation.
Sitting on a chair, holding chopsticks, climbing stairs,
having a conversation, doing exercises, etc.
How we use our body and consciousness in such everyday moments leads to our charm and way of life.
By "becoming quiet and stopping" for a moment,
we can encounter our honest and free body and ourselves.
Time can also be used for Zen and meditation.
It is my job to feel new possibilities through practice and to release the
life force that resides in each of you.
For 20 years in NY, I have been teaching posture/body use over 10,000 times
in private instruction, theater, dance, opera, and other arts colleges, medical institutions,
community service at DV shelters and nursing homes, NY Fashion Week, and more.
Currently, she has opened a studio in Kyoto, Japan.
