Plan Eligibility Requirements

Please be sure to read and confirm the following.

● Identification documents (ID card, etc.) with proof of address must be presented.

*Nationwide travel support available to residents of Japan.

*Identification documents required for all participants.

*If you do not present identification documents, you will be asked to pay the difference at the time of check-in.

A CERTIFICATE OF THREE VACCINATIONS OR A TEST RESULT REPORT ISSUED BY A MEDICAL INSTITUTION OR PHARMACY FOR A PCR TEST, ANTIGEN QUANTITATIVE TEST, OR ANTIGEN QUALITATIVE TEST AS OF THE DATE OF DEPARTURE IS REQUIRED. (A SIMPLE TEST USING A COMMERCIALLY AVAILABLE TEST KIT IS NOT ACCEPTABLE.)

*PCR test and antigen quantification test: test results must be negative within 4 days of the day of your booking.

*Antigen qualitative test: test results must be negative on the day of or the day before your booking.

(*Included in the test results: (1) name of examinee, (2) test result, (3) test method, (4) name of laboratory, (5) date of specimen collection, (6) name of laboratory manager, and (7) expiration date) *No testing required for those under 12 years of age provided they are accompanied by a parent or guardian living at the same address.
